If I get a visa, am I guaranteed entry in to the Country?
The granting of a visa does not guarantee entry in to the country for which you have applied for the visit visa. The final decision solely depends upon decision made by the immigration officer. How long does it take to get a visa?If all required documents are submitted successfully, visa is normally issued within 5 working days. Do I have to pay any security deposit?Security deposit is applicable depending on the merit of your application, nationality and type of visa. Our visa operations team will assist you if any security deposit is required. When will my security deposit be refunded?As the visitor exits the country and the immigration authorities record the visitor’s departure, security deposit would be refunded within four international working days. In order to provide proof of departure, please check exit stamp on your passport. For rejected applications, the security deposit will be refunded within six working days of the application being rejected. What documents do I need to apply for visa? Do all family members need to submit documents?Please click on Documents Required for the details. Yes, all family members need to submit documents. My passport is expiring soon – can I still get a visa?The immigration office requires all visitors to have a passport that is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. If your passport is valid for less than six months, you will need to renew it before you can apply for a visa and travel to the desired country. Do children or infants need a visa?Yes, all passengers including children and infants on a parent’s passport, must have a valid visa to enter the country. Children below 18 are required to have visa with them. Sometimes, Immigration department waves off visa condition for parents carrying infants with them. How can I track the status of my visa application?When you complete your visa application, you will receive the TRIP ID. You need to Log in to your account and in the My Trips section you can find your visa application with the latest status. We will also notify you through email once your visa application has been approved, rejected or if additional information is required. Why was my visa application rejected?Visa Application is accepted/rejected by the decision of Immigration department. There is no influence of travelling agent on it. However, we can assist you after knowing the root cause of visa application rejection. Our team is professional and they do screening first by their own before sending to immigration department. In the event of a default of this condition, I will forfeit the guarantee deposit and bear all legal consequences. I will be solely responsible for any expenses related to his travel, accommodation or other expenses. After you have completed the visa application form and gathered the required documents, you can submit your application to the embassy or consulate. The visa processing time can vary depending on the country and the type of visa you are applying for.
Once your visa application is approved, you will receive your visa, which will allow you to enter the country for the duration specified in the visa.
